Return and refund policy

Items shipped from Souvenirbotuique.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Refund will be given as money back.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags.
- Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards.
- All items included in a bundle.
